Kenali size dan keperluan badan anda


As salam...

I took (snap) this picture at one of hospitals cafe and i thought it's a must to share to everyone what we need to our body.. Go search how to count your bmi by your weight and height .. Try follow this chart and do some exercise in sha Allah we gonna stay healthy and fit. I gonna start it nowwwwwww... Lets jom... :p

Minum pagi (10.00-10.30 pagi)
: biskut krim kraker 3 keping (75 kalori)
: susu rendqh lemak 1 gelas (125 kalori)

Makan tengahari (1.00 tengahari)
: nasi 1 cawan (150 kalori)
: ikan goreng 1 ekor (160 kalori)
: sayur 2 senduk (45 kalori)
: betik 1 potong (60 kalori)  




Which type are u? It not too late to start now .. Less sugar & salt ..lebih kan manis dalam senyuman.... Cewah.. Mana tau nanti raya boleh pakai kebaya....  Hahaha  stay healthy for your family..  Da..
